Risk Assessment
Production Details: Filming

Types of Risk: Personal Injury / Health & Safety / Damage to equipment / Halting Production
Risk Type Language Barrier/Upsetting people Details of Risk I could film places where I am not supposed to and also when filming the streets I could have filmed someone who might not want to be filmed. Portugal is a hot country and as I was always out and about I might have forget that the camera could overheat which could damage the camera and lead to it not working anymore. I also had to carry multiple equipment such as lens, tripods, etc. I had to make sure that when travelling with these that I wouldnt damage them as some of the equipment was borrowed by the school. Ways to minimise risk Ask before recording in shops or non-public locations, this is where I can use my fluent Portuguese to the test! Person(s) Responsible Myself

Overheated Camera/Breaking Equipment

When filming for long periods of time take consistent breaks in the shade to let the camera cool down. Also be extra cautious when travelling with the equipment.
