What: Hotel Immersion 2022: Conrad Hotel

When: October 24 & 25, 2022

Departure Time from Olongapo City: 2am

Meeting Place: St. Benilde Center for Global Competence Inc.,

Things to Remember:

1. During the conduct of seminars and training, students are required to wear smart casual or
corporate attire if they have one.
2. Always wear your I.D. for your uniformity since we do not have school uniforms yet.
3. We will be creating a Group Chat for the said activity which we’ll be using as a means of
communication.
4. Strictly follow time schedule: We don’t want to delay the activity just for your own sake.
5. Do not forget to bring any medication or maintenance if this applies to you. Please declare any
health condition that might affect and disturb the conduct of activity.
6. You will be staying at the CONRAD HOTEL so please do bring clothes that is sufficient to last for
the duration of the said activity.
7. Please do wear decent clothes as much as possible.
8. You may bring swimwear for the use of facility, specially the swimming pool. You may also bring
gym attire if you wish to use the gym of the hotel.
9. Please follow HOTEL RULES all the time.
10. Always remember that you are carrying the name of St. Benilde Center for Global Competence
Inc. In the conduct of activity, any violation that would damage the reputation of the school will
be reported at the OSSA immediately after the said activity as it will be also reflecting on your
school records.
11. Please do message any school personnel immediately if there would be an instance of any
emergency that seeks immediate attention.
12. Do not forget that you joined the activity to learn and not to loaf around as there are
subsequent compliance under your subject in joining the said activity.
13. ALWAYS WEAR YOUR FACEMASK and BRING YOUR PERSONAL HYGIENE KIT to instill the protocol
of IATF in the conduct of activity.
14. As much as possible, we advise to Travel in Group rather than alone. Travelling is much better if
you do it along with friends and classmates.
