M2K Annual trip – 2024

Instructions – Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s

1. Carrying M2K T-shirt (Yellow colour) is a must for photo session

2. Kindly ensure that you reach the railway station well before time as train will not wait for us
unless you are Rajinikanth.
3. Things to Carry – Sanitizer, face mask, hand wash liquid, your clothes, towel’s, swimming
costumes, toiletries, personal medications if any to be carried, air pillow/mattress/bed sheet
for train journey, shoes (preferably sports shoes) for trekking, a pair of chappals/sandals etc.
Separate indicative list attached. However, this is not exhaustive and shall be customised
based on the needs/requirements of the individual.
4. Team activities will be based on team list which will be sent separately. Team members cannot
be swapped/changed without the prior consent of the management team/HR.
5. Please ensure that you stick to the agenda and time to enjoy all the activities planned by M2K.
Team leader for each group / team to coordinate with their team to ensure that everyone is
on time for departure as well for the activities.
6. In case any team member is getting late or not well or in case of any other issue, he shall
inform the team leader who in turn shall inform Management team and HR.
7. Carry adequate money to meet your personal expenses.
8. Bring a shoulder bag to carry the essential items.
9. Kindly leave a print out of the contact list of the people to parents. We shall also be sending
the same over PDF.
10. Kindly avoid unnecessary avoidable arguments and co-operate during the trip.
11. While all efforts will be made to take care of comfort of everyone, request you to adjust with
your fellow colleagues and partners in case of any minor discomfort.
12. Kindly stick to the room allocation to the extent possible (which shall be sent separately) Any
swap/change may be done only with consent of Management team/ Partner.
13. Reach the station before 15 mins of Train departure timing. If you are starting directly from
the office/ client location, then reach before 45 mins for dinner.
14. Inform your partners on arrival.
15. Partners to intimate Rahul Jain and HR if anybody miss the train to make alternative
arrangements.
16. Seat numbers will be shared in advance.
17. Please reach out to your respective allocated seat in train and place your luggage nearby. Do
not change your seat.
18. At the Resort, your room number would be intimated, please check in to the respective rooms.
19. Carry your identity proof.
20. All electronic device and other items will be the responsibility of the persons carrying.
21. Please carry a swimming costume (nylon material) since the resort may deny the access to
pool without proper costume.
22. Those who want to visit traditional temple may al so carry temple costume. This is over and
above temple visit planned by the firm which may not have any dressing requirements.
Don’ts

1. Don’t carry jewels/ costly items/ excessive cash/ costly electronic gadgets. You shall be solely
responsible for your belongings and M2K shall not bear any responsibility in case of loss.
2. Please avoid indecent clothing.
3. Liquor, non-vegetarian food and smoking during the trip will strictly not be entertained.
4. The fun which you have while on journey should not cause any public disturbance.
5. Always stay in groups, avoid being alone.
