Important Dates For Summer Internship Project Date Of Joining : 15 April13

1. Date of joining the organization to be communicated to Training & Placement Department @ Prerna.awasthi@jaipuria.ac.in by 20th April, 2013. 2. Intimation of Topic and submission of Synopsis to be admitted by 1st May, 2013 by mail to Training & Placement Department (Excel sheet will be shared by T&P) with a CC copy to Faculty Mentor. 3. Submission of data collection tool/instrument like questionnaire/schedule to be done by 15th May, 2013 with a CC copy to Faculty Mentor. 4. Get the submission validated by industry mentor also Send the scanned documents of attendance sheet duly signed by industry mentor by 20th May, 2013 with a CC copy to Faculty Mentor. 5. Progress of data collected (up to 50% of the sample) to be submitted to Training & Placement Department by 25th May, 2013 duly endorsed by the industry mentor with a CC copy to Faculty Mentor. 6. Report regarding completion of data collection to be submitted by 7th June, 2013 with a CC copy to Faculty Mentor. 7. Reporting of completion of SIP to be done by 15th June, 2013 and also confirmation about receiving the Completion Certificate should be made by 17th June, 2013.(Send the scan copy of letter to T&P). 8. First draft (Soft copy) of report to be submitted through mail to Faculty mentor by 25th June, 2013. 9. Final draft (hard copy) duly signed by institute mentor & Program Directors to be submitted to Training & Placement Department by 15th July, 2013. 10. One hard bound project report with one CD copy to be submitted to Training & Placement Department by 20th July, 2013.(Student should also prepare one copy for themselves, that they need to carry at the time of Final Placements Interview Processes.) 11. Final presentation of SIP to be made between the end of third week or beginning of fourth week
July, 2013, as per the schedule which will be communicated by T&P.
