January 27, 2006 MEMORANDUM TO: MR. PEDRO LONTOC 37 Kamagong St., Makati City SUBJECT: Charge Sheet and Directive to Submit Answer

Dear Mr. Lontoc, We have been informed that you took part in the theft of computer equipment on January 20, 2006. Your involvement in this criminal activity was captured by the video surveillance camera installed in our company premises. You were also apprehended by security personnel, Julian Mamoot, on the same day in the process of taking out the aforementioned computer equipment. In view hereof, you are directed to appear before an investigating panel headed by Ms. Kathy Santos on February 5, 2006. You are likewise given seventy-two (72) hours to explain in writing why you should not be meted administrative sanctions. Furthermore, you are free to be represented and assisted by a counsel of your choice during the administrative proceedings. If you fail to appear for the administrative hearing or adduce evidence in your behalf, such failure shall be deemed a waiver of your right to present evidence and to defend yourself.
