Ans: To the Coordinator, Subject: LOOPHOLES IN EXAMINATION SYSTEM Date: 10th April, 2013 Dear Sir! This report is being penned to your good office to intimate you about the flaws in examination system that are been observed. The recent Monthly Exams which were held from 4 th 8th April appear to be inadequate, unsatisfactory and totally unacceptable from many point of views. No proper check and balance is there which results in various cheating cases. It is a matter of urgency as many teachers provoke the students to cheat by wandering out of examination rooms while they are on duty; moreover, some invigilators help the students in exams and in our society, it is not considered corruption; furthermore, Descriptive papers are set up which assists students in cheating. Therefore, the level of transparency in exams is not quite up to the mark. Variously, students are favoured and rumours are spread that some students with strong family background have bribed the invigilators so they have soft corners and they dont show it outwards. Sir Naveed was reported to allow Ali Afzal Sial to cheat from other students which results in bad impression of the college management. Nevertheless, honesty is shown by some teachers where all the students are treated equally. Here are some recommendations for the purification. Scanning the students before entering the halls, usage of cheating material can be prevented. Inspecting the invigilators activities, exemplary punishments should be set up for the students or teachers who are involved in solving by unfair means; relatively, rewards should be set up for teachers who show good moral faith. Lastly, Analytical and Conceptual papers should be set up so that the candidates cannot cheat. I hope that you will pay heed to my proposals. Yours Sincerely,
