Atlantic Conveyor Belt & Global Warming

Its currents in the sea


These currents travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian Ocean then to the Pacific Ocean and return back.

They are caused by the Thermohaline current (THC) Thermo heat Haline salt

Global warming is the rise of the temperature of Earth Its caused by waste gasses that are released in the atmosphere like: CO2 From combustion of fossil fuels (cars) CH4 Farming N2O Fertilizers CFC Refrigerants

Due to the temperature rise caused by global warming the north and south poles will melt Cold water will enter the Atlantic conveyor belt causing it to slow down
