Apologies Caroline Pym (CP), Bill Sykes (WS) Kate Cullen is no longer able to participate because of other commitments but is still available to assist on archaeological issues. We have approximately 2100 in the bank. SC said that the Carnival Committee have unallocated funds available and will be inviting applications in January.

Bridges Walk Everybody agreed that the launch event was a huge success with over 100 people turning up on the day. Copies of the guide book are available from the Tourist Information Office in Malmesbury Town Hall. The next step for this walk would be to develop information boards but this is likely to be combined with information about other walks

such as the White Walls Way and Town Walls Walk (see below). 6. All descriptions, text and photo drafts to PH by 28 January 2013 WWW website to include links to local information such as bus timetables etc. Possibly include information about bus stops? Focus will be on getting WWW up and available on website. Other details such as interpretation boards, way-marking etc will follow on once this has been completed. 7. Group walk Didn't take place next scheduled for 30 December 2012 8. Sustrans Cowbridge Link PG was part of this team holding a consultation exhibition at Malmesbury Town Hall today and Cedar House, Cowbridge tomorrow. PG explained current situation regarding the walk/cycle path. The cheaper option for this scheme will cost about 30k of

which about 25k is currently available. Consultation report will be published January or February 2013. 9. Any other business PH told the group about a proposed Malmesbury Town Walls walk which has been developed by his brother-in-law. Much of the work is completed and main concern is funding needed for map licenses about 90. Group agreed that MAP would adopt this project as one of its own. PH will send JP draft map for her to check accuracy. PH's brother-in-law will talk in more detail about it at the next meeting where we can decide on steps to complete guide. 10. Next meeting The group agreed that we would move to having regular meetings. Next meeting is Monday 28th January 2013 Regarding difficulty parking at the United Reform Church it was suggested that next time members could park near the Activity Zone which is a few minutes walk away from the hall.
