Dear sir, my dissertation project based on TRAINING AND DEVLOPEMENT OF EPLOYEES IN ODISHA HYDRO POWER CORPORATION LTD. For the partial fulfillment of Master in Personnel Management And Industrial Relation.

Objective of the study : To measure the impact of training programmes and their effectiveness in OHPC ltd. To find out the improvement of the employees work skills based upon the training programmes, To study the scope for employee advancement and career development opportunities in OHPC Ltd, To find out whether the employee is benefited from the programmes, To get feed back on the Training Programmes of OHPC Limited, To know about the evaluation process of training programme.

Scope of the study : This research provides me with an opportunity to explore in the field of Human Resources and also provides the feedback of people involved in the Training and development process.

Reaserch Methodology : It refers to the methods, techniques, tools or process adopted for the collection as well as processing and interpretation of the data. Data can be collected through primary sources : which is generated in an investigation with the help of questionnaires & secondary sources : which is collected from books, internet, journal, articles and other sources.
