    Sealed tenders in two bid system in the prescribed forms i.e. (Technical Bid) & (Price Bid) for the below mentioned contract is invited from the registered parties/transporters, well established in the respective trade to reach this office by or before 21st February-2013 upto 1500 hours. Tender forms can be collected from the Office of Incharge Purchase Centaur Lake View Hotel Srinagar between 10:00 to 12:00 A.M and 2:00 to 3:30 P.M during working days only. Tender No. T-12/18 Name of the Contract Hiring of Tata Matador (407) LP Minibus (Round the clock basis) Contract Period One year EMD (RS) 2420/-

    Blank Tender Forms can be obtained on written request on your Companys Letter Head from the office of Incharge Purchase, Centaur Lake View Hotel, Srinagar free of cost upto 21st February-2013 1200 hours. Parties are requested to fill the tender documents strictly as per instructions provided on separate sheets appended with tender documents. Technical bids only will be opened on due date i.e. 21st February-2013 at 1530 hours in presence of intending tenderers and in case of any bandh/curfew, the tenders will be opened on next working day without issuance of any notification. After scrutiny of documents/technical bids, the price/ rate bids of sound genuine parties qualifying in technical evaluation will be opened on next scheduled date and the date will be communicated separately to the vendors. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shown against the said tender should be accompanied with the tender technical bid in the shape of demand draft or our internal cash receipt in original, without which the particular tender shall be liable for rejection. EMD by way of cheques/CDR(s) will not be acceptable. The authority competent to accept the tender reserves the right to reject the lowest or all tenders without assigning any reason there of.
