Primul ajutor in cazul unui pacient cu dureri precordiale

In data de 12.05.2013 la ora 11.35 echipajul SMURD a fost solicitat prin apel unic 112 pentru acordarea primului ajutor unui pacient care acuza dureri precordiale. In momentul ajungerii echipajului SMURD pacientul acuza dureri puternice in zona pieptului.Comandantul de echipaj va linisti pacientul interzicandu-i orice fel de efort.I se va administra oxigen pe masca si i se vor monitoriza functiile vitale si urmarirea evolutiilor lor.Se va realize transportul la cea mai apropiata unitate spitaliceasca in pozitie semisezanda. Operatiunea a decurs cu success iar pacientul a fost predat celor de la UPU.

The first aid in the case of a patient with precordial pains On 12/05/2013 at 11:35 a.m. the SMURD crew was requested by dialling the unique telephone number 112 in order to give the first aid to a patient complaining of precordial chest pains. At the time of the arrival of the SMURD crew, the patient was experiencing severe pains in his chest area. The commander of the crew will calm down the patient forbidding him any type of effort. Oxygen will be administrated through mask and the vital functions will be monitored as well as their developments. The transport to the nearest station will be provided in the semi-sit position. The operation went successfully and the patient was handed over to the "ER".
