1. Run around the field with a light rhythm. Time: 200.

2. In a square of 8x8m play a 1-touch Rondo. With 8 players outside and 2 players inside. The objective is to do 21 consecutive passes without interception. Who lose the ball switch with the inside players. Time: 800.

3. General Activation. Upper body and lower body exercises: skip, backwards, adductors, acceleration, speed, short diagonals. Time: 500

4. Team divided in 3 teams of 6 players. 2 teams play inside against each other and the 3rd stays outside as offensive support. Inside play 2-touch and outside play 1-touch. Time: 6 x 300 with 100 rest to change offensive supports.

5. Finalization 5v0+Gk. Players make a standard combination playing 1/2-touch and try to make goal against a Gk. Time: 800
