    PROPOSED PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY CREATION – LONG CAUSEWAY, MANKINHOLES TO
    RUD LANE, CRAGG VALE

    Further to my previous correspondence, please find enclosed a copy of the Notice of Making of
    an Order, relevant order and plans relating to the above. If you have any comments regarding
    the making of this order, they should be submitted by 2 March 2009 in accordance with the
    Notice. If I have not heard from you by that date, I shall assume that you have no comments and
    shall proceed accordingly.
