This is to bring in your kind knowledge that the Installation of a 6 PASSENGERS, 408, Kgs Capacity Auto Doors
Passenger Lift/Elevator, has been completed at your above mentioned site.
This is now certified that you have checked everything and it’s working properly in perfect condition and you
are fully satisfied with performance of the same.

Our Free AMC will be affected from: 12-12-2023 till 11-12-2025.

After that, the AMC would be renewed by a settled amount.
If found any damage or fault in the Elevator by the rain or wastewater then No Warranty
shall be entertained.
If ever found any damage or Fault in the Elevator by an Electric Short Circuit due to any
cause, no warranty shall be entertained.
