Software analysis and engineering support for the Software Products and Device Communications on-site at the customer.

Must be able to take ownership of complex problems once on-site and drive same to resolution. Responsibilities: Analysis and Troubleshooting of the Software Products, Application and Device Communications on-site at the customer Act as a competitive technical expert about the Software Products on-site the customer Engages and works with product teams at the Back Office to drives customer issues to resolution Interfaces between Test Center and customer during regression testing phase of the Software Releases Tracks the release and delivery of the Software in terms of content and timing Act as a liaison and company representative with customer Get involved in technical research to keep prepared to new challenges Provide technical project engineering and sales support Ability to adjust, learn and advise on the software landscape as it evolves Travel required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent preferred Thorough knowledge of PC operation, structure, MS Windows, and computer networking required Complete course(s) and working experience with test automation systems preferred Understanding of internal combustion engine theory and operation preferred Able to read and understand basic electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings Excellent written and oral communication skills Visual C++, C#, ATL, COM/ActiveX programming languages knowledge Candidtes must be familiar with computers, software testing, software development and like to solve problems Candidates must have solid experience with software testing, software development, and have experience that reflects a desire and hands on experience in problem solving.
