NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of
the Constitution of India, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to
make the following rules further to amend Central Civil Services ( Leave )
Rules, 1972 in their application to the State of Himachal Pradesh, namely :-

Short title and commencement: 1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the
Central Civil Services (Leave)
(Himachal Pradesh)
Amendment, Rules, 2012.

( 2) They shall come into force from
the date of their publication in
Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

Deletion of Rules: 2 In CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972, in their application
to State of Himachal Pradesh, -

a) the sub clause (ii) of sub rule 2(b) of Rule 39
shall be deleted,
b) the Rule 43- AA shall be deleted;
c) the Rule 43-B shall be deleted; and
d) the Rule 43-C shall be deleted.
