- on account payment of 3'd lnstallment of 1't tranche of Central Assistance for financial
year 2021-22 towards wage (Gategory SC) component to the State Government of
Andhra Pradesh.

ln continuation to this Ministry's Mother sanction order of even No. dated
07.06.2021, I am directed to convey the sanction of the President of lndia for release of an amount
of Rs. 13,72,04,7841- ( Rupees Thirteen Crore Seventy Two Lakh Four Thousand Seven
Hundred and Eighty Four Only) to State Employment Guarantee Fund-National Electronic Funds
Management (SEGF-NeFMS-SC) Account of Andhra Pradesh as 3'd lnstallment out of total
amount of Rs. 270,60,37,358/- [Rs. 267,76,54,000/- (vide Mother Sanction dated 07.06.2021) + Rs.
2,83,83,358/- (Residual amount of previous mother sanction dated 27.05.2021 with U.b. No.
175lFinance12021-22). for implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA during the Fy ZO21-22.

2. The payment under DBT are linked to the FTOs generated based on primary records
retained at GP/Block level and therefore the accounts/primary records will be audited by the
Comptroller and Auditor General of lndia and the lnternal Audit of the Principal Accounts
Office of the Ministry of Rural Development in terms of Rule 236 (1) of the General Financial
Rules-2017.

3. Further installment out of the remaining sanctioned amount would be released as per
FTOs entered in MIS by State Government and reflected in pFMS.

4. The grant is towards plan expenditure and will be utilized for approved items of
works subject to the conditions laid down in the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Guidelines issued
from time to time. No deviation from the provisions of these Guidelines is permissible.

5. All other terms and conditions mentioned in sanction order of even number dated
07.06.2021 shall remain the same.

6. DDO Mahatma Gandhi NREGA, New Delhi (207172) Ministry of Rural Development
will be the Drawing & Disbursing Officer for the purpose.

7. The amount mentioned in Para -1 above will be transferred through PFMS to

registered accounts of State Employment Guarantee Fund in Account No. 40078398842 in the
name of SEGF- NEFMS-SC under Mahatma Gandhi NREGA, in the State Bank of lndia,
TREASURY BRANCH IBRAHIMPATNAM, ANJANEYA TOWERS, l.t FLOOR, IBRAHIMPATNAM,
DIST.KRISHNA, ANDHRA PRADESH- 521456, IFSC Code No. SB1N0018876.

8. The expenditure is debitable to the following Head of Accounts under Demand No. 86

2505- Rural Employment (Major Head)

02- Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (Sub Major Head)
02.789- Special Component for Schedule Caste (Minor Head)
02- Assistance to District Rural Development Agencies/ District Programme
