265,000 sq ft site on Fabian Way On going investment on site. Potential to become Europes biggest indoor film studios. Estimated to be worth 60m to regional economy. Space to attract further productions and other businesses within the creative industries sector.

Contracts worth between 3.5m and 12m in NPT and Swansea. Working with appointed contractors to deliver local community benefits: Sub Contracting opportunities for local businesses. Local Jobs and Training. Regional Shared Apprenticeship Scheme - aims to create more opportunities for young people to benefit from training in a range of disciplines. To be launched later this year.
