The Institute of Human Rights is conducting a focus group discussion on the topic "DETENTION IN THE PHILIPPINES: DEFINING AREAS OF REFORM TOWARDS GUARANTEEING THE RIGHT TO LIBERTY". This focus group discussion aims to examine critically how Philippine law addresses the experience of victims of administrative detention and extrajudicial killings. In this regard, it is our pleasure to have a representative from your organization as a participant for a discussion on this issue. The main objective of this discussion is to elicit information and possible perspectives that will form part of the evaluation and analysis which can guide and helps us come up with a policy recommendation regarding the value of administrative detention.
