    ACTION PLAN FOR RECTIFYING PROBLEMS OBSERVED IN THE PCV OF NQO (1410)

    After visiting the site, vendor of PCV has suggested that the problems observed at site are related to setting of PCV and hence it should be tested and set again at shop for assuring the proper functioning of PCV.

    It will also make sure that the problem faced in future at site will be related to installation/fitment only. The set-up required for setting of PCV is not available at site and also can not be arranged at site therefore it is required to send the PCV to vendors works for testing, setting with the help of test rig set-up.

    Since the PCV of package supplied at NQO 1440 is identical with the PCV supplied to NQO 1410 and it is also available at Nhava Supply Base hence PCV 1440 will be sent to the vendors works for testing/setting.

    After successful testing at shop, it will be sent to platform and the complete system will then be tested along-with PCV-1440 as per writeup mentioned in attached sheet, installation of tubing for actuator will be modified if required.

    The PCV 1410 will be sent to vendors works for similar action on successful testing the complete system with PCV 1440.
