Note: The main contractor has to provide block-outs as indicated in the drawings true to line and level and clear of any debris, loose concrete and other foreign materials including all consumables viz. manpower required for installation of Expansion Joints, Electricity, Water, Compressed Air, etc. The boarding & lodging arrangement for our site engineer, during supervision of installation, shall be arranged by the main Contractor. Terms & Conditions:1 2 3 Sales Tax: shall be charged extra VAT / full CST, per the prevailing rate. Octroi / Entry Tax, if applicable, shall be charged extra. Delivery: Despatch will be in Phased manner as per site schedule commence within 8-9 weeks from the date of receipt of approved drawings and technically and commercially clear Purchase Order. The supplies will be completed in a phased manner as per your site schedule. Payment Terms: 40% advance along with the Purchase Order and balance 50% on delivery and balance after installation. Validity of Offer: 15 days. Waybill for transportation of material shall be provided by you, if required. We will depute our Engineer for supervision of installation of Expansion Joints free-of-cost. For Installation of Expansion Joints, required manpower, machinery, consumables etc. have to be by you, as our scope of work is only Supervision of Installation.
