Thank you for your enquiry regarding captioned project. Please find below our best
proposal on the assumptions of provided information:

1. Scope of Work
Erection of Structure, Unloading, Assembly, Bolting and Handing Over

Prices are subject to VAT and governemnt fee and taxes

3. PeralIndex Responsibilty
 Provide all manpower
 Enusre to meet project time line
 Submit daily progress report
 Undertake all quality and safety measures

4. L&T Support and Responsibilty
 Provide project site ready to assume the project
 Provide all material and resources including equipment that are required to mature the
project
 Provide necessary drawings
 Provide all accessess and gate passes
 Provide transportation at site
 Provide workable atmosphere and necessary utilities at site
 Provide FAT to Pearl Index employees

5. Terms & Conditions

• Offer validity -07 days.
• VAT not included in offered price.
• Our proposal is subject to availability of manpower and equipments until the
placement of firm order by client.
• Offer is inclusive of mobilizing and demobilizing of specialized manpower to site for the
safe execution of the project.
• Any additional work shall be back charged to te client
• The Offer does not include an y cost of construction.
• Client to provide free to access, firm and level ground for the safe operation.
• All necessary utility connections to be provided by client.
• Client to arrange all permits, gate passes etc. required for the access of all
manpower and equipments to the site.
• Pear Index will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses which may arise
due to the reasons beyond our control.
 Standby charges:
- Any delay and detention of crew standby/idle shall be calculated on the basis of
proposed offer.

6. Insurance

A blanket Insurance coverage to be provided by the client for the crew and 3rd party liability
for all risks and include Pearl Index and subcontractors as a co-insurer with unconditional
waiver of subroganization towards their owners and employees.
7. Payment Terms
a) 50% Advance payment with PO.
b) Balance on progressive invoice

All necessary procedures/approvals shall be submitted for approval subject to the firm order
as narrated above.
