    Dear Antonnette, Date: 6/03/13 As we continue to prep your journey to the U.S.

    soil, to better serve our marketing statistic timeline, we need to identify a closer estimate timeline of when you are able to be deployed, please let us know the date to questions below using the hypothetical scenario that your visa is approved on January 1: 1. What is your hospitals resignation policy? How many months notice is required? IE: If one month from resignation, resignation should occur upon visa approval - which in the case would be on/about January 1. This means that you are ready to deploy on/about February 1. 2. How much personal time do you need to prepare for deployment? IE: If one month from the time of Visa Approval, this means you can deploy on/about February 1. Knowing the above info, we then are able to estimate a more realistic deployment date to pre-orchestrate, prepare for ADEX and hospitals orientation time frame. Please note the timing of your resignation must be discussed and receive confirmation from ADEX. We are excited and looking forward to your successful deployment.
