Method :
Rinse the basil. Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the beef loin and marinate with Seasoning A. Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan and scald the beef slices briefly. Remove and drain. Leave 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and stir fry the garlic, ginger and Seasoning B.
Add the carrots, stir fry until cooked. Add Seasoning C, beef loin and basil and stir-fry evenly. Lastly, thicken with some cornstarch water and sprinkle with chilli shreds
