    The course is intended for people to be reskilled /up skilled or current employed in hospitality Industry they will gain knowledge and skills required from general procedures to supervising overall operations and accompanying services in an international context. Participants will then have the acquired competence to join this industry.

    The course is designed to provide a strong foundation for students who aspire to be chefs in the local and international fields. It provides a sound basic education in the culinary skills. In addition to developing pride in crafts-man ship, the course provides students with the necessary supervisory and technical skills which are essential in the field of culinary arts.

    Tuition fee will be fully borne by the Government through Pembangunan SumberManusia (PSMB); and Trainees are provided a monthly allowance of RM500.00 (for full time trainees)
