We are pleased to share with you the commencement of our Campus Hiring Program for

Graduate Apprentice (GA) & we are in a process to finalize our campus plan. Over the years,
Campus hiring program is been successful due to your support and contribution, we wish to
receive the same this year too.

The idea is to create awareness and drive amongst students about the GA program, for that
we require your support to send this program details to all students. So, that the message
reaches to the maximum number of students and they can register themselves for the
same.

GRADUATE / DIPLOMA APPRENTICE PROGRAM

Context –
As per BOAT (Board of Apprenticeship Training) we can engage engineering / diploma
students at 2 levels, the first being through the Sandwich Trainee scheme (Students who
have not completed the course) and Apprentice Trainee scheme (Students who have
completed the Engineering and Diploma course). BOAT encourages organizations to explore
this route as it helps to increase the employability of students who are studying or have not
got placed. The key objectives are:
 To increase industry readiness of apprentices by providing them required exposure
and experience that enhances their practical knowledge
 To address the periodic requirement of engineering skills at entry level

Obligation of Employer –

The Graduate/ Diploma Apprentice can be given jobs in any function or location. They are
expected to maintain a log book which captures their learning during this period of
Apprenticeship training, this also requires an evaluation of their progress by the supervisor
to whom the apprentice has been assigned to.

Stipend –
Graduate Apprentice- Rs. 18,000/- per month
(Inclusive of accommodation amount Rs. 3000/-).

After Completion –

After the Graduate/ Diploma Apprentice complete their training of 1 year, in case the
division has a requirement and finds them fitting into the same they can be proposed for
absorption on FTC (Fixed Term Contract) rolls.
