    Title: Use of Cardiac Monitor Purpose: To monitor patients cardiac rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, temperature, blood pressure, ECG tracing through the use of Cardiac Monitor Method: 1. PACU/SICU NOD shall assess patients condition Airway Breathing Circulation Vital signs 2. PACU/SICU NOD shall instruct SO to buy ECG electrodes (3/5) at VRH CSSR 3. PACU/SICU NOD shall properly attach ECG electrodes SpO2 sensor Thermometer BP cuff 4. PACU/SICU NOD shall set to desired appearance of Cardiac Monitor (Refer to users manual of machine) 5. PACU/SICU NOD shall continue to monitor patient 6. PACU/SICU NOD shall document all bedside procedures done using FOCUS CHARTING.
