    Duties & Responsibilities: a. Monitor 2G/3G/LTE/iZone network alarm events on a 24x7 basis. b.

    Monitor KPI for 2G/3G/LTE/iZone on 24x7 basis. c. Troubleshooting the faults/KPI following O&M procedures on network elements. d. Creating and updating trouble tickets for any detected problem. e. Managing technical escalation to concern teams to ensure faults are rectified within agreed SLAs. f. Coordinates with manufacturers and contractors on preventive maintenance activities and troubleshooting routines. g. Provisioning and reconfiguration of 2G, 3G, LTE nodes. h. Perform acceptance test & implement software changes. i. Compile reports on alarms/hardware/spares and review it. j. Compile reports on network availability & stability & utilization. k. OSS administrator and daily/preventive maintenance of systems. l. Evaluates various bottlenecks in the network and provides recommendations.
