    SBPD NEWS BRIEFING 07/25/13 NEW POLICE OFFICER APPOINTMENT Mayor Karen Chamberlain has announced the appointment of Rebecca Sanchez, age 25, of 118 Rochelle Parkway, Saddle Brook, NJ to the position of Police Officer for the Township. There will be a special ceremony this evening, Thursday, July 25th, 2013 at 7:00PM at the municipal building. Rebecca attended elementary school at St. Philip the Apostle School in Saddle Brook and attended Paramus Catholic High School, Paramus, N.J. She has an Associates degree from Bergen Community College, Paramus, N.J. in Liberal Arts, a Bachelors degree from Ramapo College, Mahwah, N.J. in Law & Society, and a Masters degree from Rutgers University, Newark, N.J. in Criminal Justice. Prior to her appointment she was working at Community Bank, Rochelle Park, N.J. as an Insurance Clerk / Loan Assistant. She has been a member of the Saddle Brook Volunteer Ambulance Corps. since 2006. Congratulations and best wishes to the new appointee.
