DAY BY DAY

1. Day by day, and with each passing moment, Strength I find to meet my trials here; Trusting in my Fathers wise bestowment, Ive no cause for worry or for fear. Almighty God, you reveal your power mainly in showing mercy and pity. Be merciful to us and grant us such a measure of your grace, that we may follow the way of your commandments, obtain your gracious promises, and live as citizens of your heavenly kingdom; through Jesus Christ, your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.
