    What is this product supposed to be? What is the product not meant to be?
    (Please Compare the immediate release to what the product will eventually become)

    Who is this product for? What worries you about this project? Whats the worst thing that could happen? What should this project accomplish for the business? How will you, personally, dene success for this project? How would you like to be involved in the rest of the project, and whats the best way to reach you? What Tasks take longer to complete than expected? What Tasks are more difcult to complete? Is there anything missing from the product that you feel would help you complete tasks easier? Could you describe how this task could be improved so that it is more efcient? Please sketch how you envisage these tasks.
