Change in Inspection Plan

Whenever MIC is deleted or added, there is need of changing the inspection plan. Changing Inspection plan is an engineering change. Hence any change in inspection plan must be done with an ECR (Engineering Change Request)

Procedure of change in inspection plan

Step 1
Create an ECR T Code: CC01 Run T Code CC01 to get the below shown screen

Select ECR

Select without Release key

Click On F4 Help Icon and select 310 change type

Select ECR Select Without Release Key In function section Select 310 Change Type and then press enter to get the next screen.

Enter description for engineering change

Enter Valid From date

Enter reason for change

Set status as Active

Enter the description of ECR Enter valid from date Enter reason for change Set status as active i.e. 01

After filling the above data click on object Types to get the next screen.

Click on objects

Select task list

Click on checkbox of task list in ACTV and object columns

After clicking the checkbox select Objects to get the next screen

Header

Enter Change type

Enter Task list type

Enter the Group which is to be changed

Write Description

Enter task List type Q for change in inspection plan Write the inspection plan number in group section Add description in description column Enter change type as 001

After filling all the required fields click on Header to get the initial screen.

1. Click on Set status to get the pop up

2. Click on Check ECR

1. Click on SET STATUS icon to get the POP UP 2. Then click on the CHECK ECR icon and save the page to get the change number. Note down the change number for future reference Now it is needed to change the object status for further proceedings Now we have to change ECR

Run T code CC02 to get the below given screen

Enter Change Number

Enter change number and press enter to get the next screen

Click on Objects

Click on Objects to get the next screen

Select the Row and click on DETAILS to get a pop up

2. Click on Header

1. Click on Set Status

2. Click on Change Possible

After clicking on Set Status, a pop up will emerge. Now click on Change possible icon and click on Continue.

After completing this page, go to header by clicking on Header icon to get the next screen.

Click on SET STATUS Icon to get the pop up

Click on ECR Checked Icon in Pop up

Click on ECR Checked Icon to get the change in the pop up as shown below.

Click on APPROVE ECR

Click On Convert ECR

After Clicking on Convert ECR, click on Continue and save the file and Note down the Change Number.

Now this change number is to be mentioned in the Master Inspection characteristics template whenever there is any change in the existing inspection plan.
