Administrative Responsibilities

Room Utilization BOCES rooms - Currently BOCES occupies 2 rooms in our 700 hall - I was told by one of their teachers that a room was closing for the 12-13 school year - After an e-mail from Stacey Saglibene, I think this may have been premature and they will use both rooms Room moves - Corbalan to room 215 from 217 - Pierce to room 200 from room 208 o 208 and 217 are the rooms being modified for the new outside entrance, they may be used as classrooms (being that they will be smaller, perhaps the additional RR we are looking for, conference rooms etc. - Currently we have 2 staff rooms, staff room is upstairs and under utilized o I propose that we make it a classroom for Math (we would need to add a SmartBoard, but the size is good) Principals Responsibilities - Revisit all Principals responsibilities, delegate when necessary State of the School - Report out on several key issues going into next school year, solidify our roles & responsibilities o Staff o Room utilization o Condition of the building o Challenges with building project
