TE-303 Digital Communications

This course addresses the basic principles of digital communication systems (DCS). The course also focuses on the different stages in a digital transmitter and receiver, as well as also studying some aspects of channel and noise. This course can form the basis of further studies in Digital Communications, Wireless Communications and Information Theory. The main topics covered in the course are:

Revision of Signals, Spectra, Fourier Series & Transforms Source Coding Line Coding Channel Coding Modulation Multiplexing/Multiple Access Synchronization Noise & Error
