    3 Fire and Smoke Performance requirements: The Cables for installation in Elevated / At-grade sections shall be manufactured from Fire retardant / resistant, Low smoke, Low halogen material, insulated and sheathed. 17.3 LAYING OF SIGNALLING & TRAIN CONTROL CABLES: xiii. Sleeves made of LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) and Flame Retardant materials shall be provided for Cables passing through Slab or Wall openings. After Cable installation, the empty space in the Opening & Sleeves shall be sealed with Fire Resistant material.
