Celebrate Australian Citizenship Day in SA


More than 360 people will become new Australians in South Australia as part of celebrations for Australian Citizenship Day, held annually on September 17. The largest ceremony in SA will be at the Charles Sturt City Council where about 120 people from 27 countries will become citizens. More than 12 400 people from 145 countries are expected to become Australian citizens across Australia at more than 230 ceremonies as part of Australian Citizenship Day 2013 celebrations.
