Sec 2 Graphic Assignments - Basic

This worksheet is used during the Graphic program. You will be

required to draw your shapes in the boxes provided.

1. Boxes.
2. Cylinders.
3. Cones.
4. Spheres.
5. Shading with Pencils – Toning and Pressure.
6. Try copying the following shapes and shading EXACTLY as you
see here. Take note that everything must be exact including the
size, direction and shading.
Take a look at this lamp shade below. Does it look like it’s difficult to
draw? Well, it’s definitely easier than you think it is.
It is actually made up of parts that are from the 4 basic shapes. See
how all the parts are made of basic shapes.
7. However, you do need to split the object into different
proportions. This one has been done for you. Draw out the vase
using the given construction lines. You need not shade.
8. For this exercise, you will need to segment the object yourself
and make a copy of it. Make sure you leave the construction lines
on, shade it exactly the same and use an arrow to show how the
light is moving towards the shoe.
