Dear Sir Re: Z.I.T.F INVOICE Reference is made to the above and we have the pleasure in advising that we have allocated you 5 STANDARD ROOMS CONDITIONS
Confirmation of the booking is only after the hotel receives a full payment in
advance for the total charge of the Trade Fair Duration
Cancellations to be received before 15 March 2011 the hotel will forfeit 50%
of the total amount.
Refunds N/B: there will be no refunds after 15 March 2011. Meals and Drinks may be paid in advance and prices are as follows o o

Z.I.T.F RESTAURANT
The hotel will be serving lunch at the Arena Pavilion Restaurant next to the
ZITF grounds, for $18 buffet (Drink inclusive). All other meals will be served at the hotel.
Advance meal tickets will be available at the hotel from the 1st of April
2011.Should you be interested, facilitate payment and tickets will be available for collection or purchase them from the hotels` functions office: Contact Rumbidzai or Brighton on Tel 09-881273/9 and email address functions@byorainbow.co.zw.
