NOTE: 1. Run Desander and Desilter continously, make sure these equipment are in good working condition.
2. Maintain MW at program level to avoid underballance/well flowing. Conduct drilling control to avoid mud ring & bit balling problems.Reduce ROP
if necessary.
3. Do trip in / out with full precaution to avoid pressure surge and swabbing. Use trip tank to observe fluid level.
4. Circ. Out gas if any until back to BG prior to continue drilling.
5. Increased MW gradually if needed, if the total gas could not be reduced to BG after circulating out gas.
6. Increased MW 0.1- 0.2 ppg prior to POOH to run Logging or run Casing (if no loss circ.). If lost circ' Mix LCM (Nut plug, indorapaseal).
Sweep w/ Hi-Vis mud prior to POOH
7. If hole collapse/sloughing shale occurred, mud weight will be increased up to 10.3 ppg gradually.
(Be ware of possibility differential sticking and lost circulation).
8. Circ. and condition mud to reduce PV & YP prior to cementing.
