30 DAY FRONT KICK CHALLENGE!


What is the 30 day challenge? A fun and co-operative challenge to complete a set number of repetitions Subhead. Subhead. Subhead. of a basic technique such as a front kick within a 30-day span! Subhead.

GUIDELINES & GOALS


Build up muscle memory, increase strength, balance and flexibility Create camaraderie amongst adult students. Have you done your kicks today? Emphasis is on correct technique and execution How it works: Starting on Day 1, five front kicks on each leg. Day 2, ten front kicks on each leg. Keep increasing kicks by 5 for each day until Day 30 where 150 front kicks will be executed! Kicks must be executed in a pre-determined manner as demonstrated by an instructor Kicks may be completed at home, work, Sparta...anywhere! Kicks may be done in smaller sets throughout the day If you miss a day, make it up the next day. For example, if you miss Day 50, add it to Day 55 to execute 105 kicks for the day! Blue belt and above, execute kicks without balance assistance At this time, we are focusing on our adult students. A school-wide challenge will be coming in the future!
