1)the Philippine national anthem was played in the world gymnastics stage after
Filipino teen gymnast Carlos Edriel Yulo made a historic mark of winning the
Philippines’ first ever world championship gold in gymnastics
2)1-Helps You Develop Coordination- Before starting out, you don't have to be
super organized anymore. After all, every expert used to be a novice the more you
learn in gymnastics, the more the body adapts to what you once considered
difficult positions, thereby enhancing your coordination and Not only can strong
coordination make you better at gymnastics, but it will also help improve your
general alignment as you walk, hop and perform most other tasks on a regular
basis.
2-Improves Flexibility- Even if the concept of touching your toes is something
you don't think you're ever going to be able to do, don't worry because becoming
flexible isn't a prerequisite to start training in gymnastics, luckily! If you are not
already flexible, you're probably wondering how you're going to do all of the
movements, but gymnastics training will help improve your versatility as you
move along.
3-Helps Develop Strength and Power- They really aren't, despite professional
gymnasts making it seem like the moves they do are fast. I have learned from
experience that it is difficult to even just walk along a beam without falling off, let
alone do handstands on it! But if you don't think gymnastics can provide you with
a good workout, think again! It's an amazing way to boost muscle strength and
power because you're going to use bodyweight training as a way to work both your
upper and lower body while strengthening your heart as well.
4-Teaches Listening and Learning Skills- While professional gymnasts
make it look like the movements, they make are easy, they really aren't. I have
learned from experience that it is difficult even just to walk along a beam without
falling off, let alone do handstands on it! But if you think that gymnastics isn't
going to give you a good workout, think again! It's an amazing way to boost
muscle strength and power because you're going to use bodyweight training as a
way to work both your upper and lower body while strengthening your heart as
well.
5) Improves Self-Esteem and Confidence- In general, exercise produces
endorphins, which make you feel happy, but it also helps increase trust and self-
esteem. After a workout, you know the buzzing feeling you get, right? Well,
gymnastics will make you feel more secure about both your body image and skills
because of the aesthetically positive effect it will have on your body as well as
what you can achieve.
6) Provides Social Interaction with Peers- Gymnastics has something for you,
whether you're someone who enjoys talking to anyone you meet or someone who
likes to keep to yourself. You can thrive on communication inside classes if you
love the social side of it (because communication is one of the main things in
learning new movements).
7) Teaches Goal Setting- It's possible that you will have a target or two in mind
about what you plan to gain from the classes before you even step foot in the door
for your first gymnastics session. Then, you may also have some new goals set
after your first meeting.
8) Develops Cognitive Abilities to Help in the Classroom or Workplace-
Learning gymnastics means taking guidance and applying it to training, so that
when a coach provides advice, it leads to gaining an awareness of using initiative
and working on something.
9) Develop Skills to Enhance Other Sports- Since bodyweight training and
versatility are all about gymnastics, this means that the skills gained from it will be
readily transferable to other sports. Not only can gymnastics training help you
acquire different skill sets that you can apply to the sports themselves, but for
general workouts and other types of exercise, it will also improve the body.
10) It’s FUN- I couldn't leave this point out, because exercise should be enjoyable
in my view! And what's more fun than learning how each lesson can do something
different and achieve things that you wouldn't have dreamed of before with your
body.
3)1) Helping members to develop physical confidence- It is difficult to see an
athlete of great potential who is unable to perform at maximum capacity because of
low trust or fear of failure.

2) Helping members to develop mentally- Let your muscles relax Imagine doing
the ability in your head by yourself. Until you feel more secure, turn it down a
notch. Focus at that moment on something good.

3) Promoting balance and coordination- Gymnasts perform sprints or side-

jumping jacks to strengthen agility and balance. This helps to improve mobility
and alleviate muscle sprains and other injuries during tests.

4) Developing strength and improving flexibility- Add a supplementary exercise

to conventional stretches if you want to achieve versatility for gymnastics. Both
Yoga and Pilates promote flexibility, and they promote core strength as an added
benefit, which is necessary for performing skills on uneven bars.

5) Improving body posture- Infuses proper and good postural regulation. This is
when, whether sitting or standing, you maintain an upright stance. Incorrect or
otherwise seated body posture may also lead to fatigue, leg and back pain.
