Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

I am requesting funding for the Child Maltreatment and Delinquency Program in liscal
year 20 10. The entity to receive ti.mding for this project is the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock located at 201 South University Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204. The
funding would be used to identify the unique needs of juvenile victims representative of
urban and rural settings in Arkansas, to develop training programs tailored to selected
professions, and to provide training to various juvenile related systems personnel
including schools, community service providers, police officers, intake/probation
ot1icers, judges, and other victim related service providers within Arkansas. I certify that
neither I nor my wife has any direct, controlling financial interest in this project and
f' neither I nor my wife would benefit from this project in any manner that would be greater
\ thN any other citizen of the Second Congressional District of Arkansas.
