Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

I am requesting funding for Law enforcement equipmentfor the Hebron Police

Department in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is the Town of
Hebron, located at:

The funding would be used for the Hebron Police Department to upgrade its radio
communication system, which needs to be improved to meet the upcoming move to narrowband
frequency mandated by the Federal Communication Commission. The upgrade will also
increase the reliability of the department dispatch and radio communications, resulting in more
efficient service to the citizens of Hebron.
