The Honorable Jerry Lewis, Ranking Member
Committee on Appropriations
H-218, The Capitol
Washington, D.C. 20515

Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

I am requesting funding for PACEWorks! in fiscal year 2010.

The entity to receive funding for this project is:

PACE Center for Girls, Inc.
1 West Adams Street
Jacksonville, Florida 32202

The funding would be used for development of a comprehensive continuum of care to ensure
that the support and services are in place for girls and young women at risk of criminal
justice involvement in Broward and Duval counties to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
