Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis,

I am requesting funding for the Boys & Girls Club of Rutherford County in fiscal
year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is the Boys and Girls Club of
Rutherford County, located at 820 Jones Blvd., Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The funding
would be used to support Project Learn, an after-school program for at-risk youth. I
