Case
A 25 yaers-old male present to your office on a Monday morning with ankle pain. He was playing in his usual Saturday afternoon basketball game when he ijured his right ankle. He says that he jumped for a rebound and landed on another players foot. His right ankle rolled over, he fell to the floor, and his ankle immediately started to hurt. His ankle also swelled.

Diagnosis of this injury, he suffers dislocation of right ankle without fracture, because a bone in the ankle joint that out of place. Symptoms of an ankle dislocation include ankle pain, ankle swelling, and ankle joint deformity.

For the further diagnostic testing is using Rontgen XRay, Rontgen X-Ray used to look the condition of ankle dislocation and any fracture or not. Therapy for the ankle dislocation is relocating the ankle joint. If relocated, we can immobilatation of ankle. For ankle pain we can give analgetik drugs. And patient of ankle dislocation must rest for someday. If the patient will walk, he can use medical stick.
