Design Brief

Client Company: Mrs. Ziglejeva, WTHS Pre-Engineering Instructor Designers: Daniel Beck and Paige Stanley

Problem Statement:

Our final engineering project will require competency in Autodesk Inventor. However, it has been awhile since we have last used this program and our skills may need improvement.

Design Statement:

Mrs. Ziglejeva would like us to design a toy car meeting the specifications outlined below in order to refresh our Autodesk Inventor skills. As a team, we will research, design, model, document, and present a toy car.

Constraints:

Must fit inside a 4x32 shipping box Must be designed in at least two parts including chassis and body Body must mechanically connect to the chassis so that the car functions as a single piece when completed

Wheels must be included Wheels can be integral part of the chassis or be connected to a
separate axis
