My summer vacation 401551212 Coco Liu

This is my second year to enjoy a happiest summer vacation. I could recall the summer vacation when I was in high school. That was a terrible vacation because I had to go to school every day. So there was no vacation when I was in high school. This year I went to china to visit my uncle who works there. This was a really interesting and scary trip ever! I have been to china for 3 times. The first time is 2012 Shanghai expo exhibition and West Lake in Hangzhou. Shanghai is really a prosperity city! West lake is where a famous ancient poet composed beautiful poems. The second time, I went to climb a pretty high mountain called Mt.Huang. It was so tall so there were cables to bring you up to the top. The third time I went to Henan province where china history began. It was a history tour. Henan is a city that combines traditional culture with progressive technology. The capital city is Zhengzhou but Zhengzhou is not like Shanghai where is so prosperous in china. Zhengzhou is a developing capital city in Henan but I can still find some fancy department stores. The pretty interesting thing is that the stores closed about 7pm. Compare with Taipei; 7pm is time for people to go shopping! Because it was a historical tour so I went to lots of cities that were pretty important in china such as Loyang. Loyang had a famous food traditional that was every meal they would offer 24 dishes. That was because the first woman emperor called Wu Zetian controlled china for 24 years. It was really surprising that I had to finish 24 dishes in a meal so I gained lots of weights in this trip. The most famous place I went is Shaolin Temple where was notable for kung fu! Lots of people who were interested in kung fu went there to learn some skills included my dad. Lots of monks showed the spirit of Chinese kung fu! It was so impressed that I told my dad that I wanted to stay here to learn kung fu and picked me up after 30 years. The last place I visited is yellow river where ancient Chinese developed cultures. Yellow river had lots of mud in the water so the color of water was close to brown. Chinese called it Mother River. The tour guide said, we are going to be embraced by mother river. It was so funny that I couldnt stop laughing about it. But yellow river was so spectacular that I recalled lots of historical stories.

China is a great place to visit and to admire the magnificent scenery but the environmental sanitation is not so well there. Lots of Chinese love to split whenever they want and they love to smoke a lot. The pretty horrible thing is that they dont get used to lock the door when they are in restroom. Every time I go there I have to be scared by them for many times. The technology is developing but the living condition and the culture there still have a lot of improvement. China government needs to improve the education of interior and western china. It was a nice summer vacation that I learned lots of histories and to be used to some weird cultures there. Though the sanitation there is not so well but I will still visit it again to know more about there.
