Visit a nearby government school and check the facilities available. Make a report on how they can be improved. Classify the problems reported into sections which can be solved by your group. Prepare 5 science exhibits using science which can be put to daily use and display them in a slum or a Government school. Teach minimum of 10 underprivileged children for a total of 4 weeks (2 hrs. a week in 1 hr. + 1 hr. format). A report should be sent after the first class containing the curriculum of the classes to be taken. Conduct a disaster management camp in a nearby school. Name of Techfest should be clearly highlighted during the campaign. Bonus points will be awarded for association with fire department or home guards of your town or city. Report should also contain the number of attendees in the camp and general format of the camp. Verification of the report by the associating school. For bonus points, an additional letter of verification from the associating organization.

Find out what all diseases are common in a nearby slum/ underprivileged area or in Government hospital. Find out the reasons behind the diseases, and what measures can be taken to eradicate them.
