As you are inching towards joining ICICI Bank , I understand there has been lots of query creeping in your mind. So here, I am trying to compile the queries and address the same. Q: Will we have any training or induction? Sol: Yes. An induction has been planned for you from 17th 22nd July 2013 in Jaipur. You all are request to first come down to Jaipur to attend the same before reporting to your office locations. Please plan your travel to Jaipur asap. Q: Whether accommodation will be provided by ICICI Bank ? Sol: ICICI bank will be providing the accommodation during the induction. Post induction you may avail 5 days stay in a hotel located at a place of your posting. We shall reimburse the tariff upto your eligibility on submission of original bills. The details of the eligibility limits shall be made available to you during your induction. This is applicable only to outstation candidates. Q: What will be my travel eligibility? Sol: You are eligible to travel by train( AC III tier) or Bus. Q: Do I have to undergo any medical examination? Sol: Yes , pre-employment medical examination is must. You would have already received a mail regarding the same. We have arranged this through a vendor (SRL) located in 21 cities. A separate attachment regarding the same has been sent to you. In absence of any location in close vicinity you may conduct the examination in any of the pathology Lab/ Hospital , you may need to submit a fitness certificate prescribed by practicing doctor of minimum MD degree , we will reimburse Rs. 500 for the tests. Q: What are the documents I need to bring on the day of joining ? Sol: Along with the duly filled joining booklet please carry the attested copy of 10th , 12th , Graduation & MBA marksheets , two recent colour photograph , copy of pan card , copy of any national identity proof , address proof , copy of offer letter . Q: When is my date of joining at the posting location? Sol: Your date of joining will be immediately after the induction gets over. We shall notify you about the same.
